Roundtable on India-US Partnership on Technology and Finance for Climate Action

On the sidelines of #ClimateWeek2024, USISPF, in partnership with  Consulate General of India, New York and ReNew hosted a roundtable on “India-US Partnership on Technology and Finance for Climate Action.”

 The discussion featured Consul General Binaya Pradhan, Secretary John Kerry, former U.S. Special Presidential Envoy for Climate, Enoh T. Ebong, Director Enoh T. Ebong, Richard Verma, Deputy Secretary of State for Management and Resource, Geoffrey Pyatt, Assistant Secretary Geoffrey Pyatt at Department of State and Sumant Sinha, Chairman and CEO of ReNew. At the roundtable, our dignitaries launched the report ‘Strengthening India-U.S. Relation on Climate Action’. Both US and India remain committed to climate action, building a green economy, and strengthening the energy partnership with a concerted effort to increase research and development, deployment of renewables, skilling, and enhanced public-private partnership to create a sustainable future for posterity.
