Meghna Chadha serves as Research Lead and Senior Economic Researcher at the U.S.-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF). She leads the organization’s research efforts, producing evidence-based insights and policy recommendations to strengthen the US-India bilateral partnership.

Previously, Meghna worked with the World Bank, Global Fund for Children, and Acacia Global Consulting, where she advanced initiatives on youth and gender empowerment, education, and social inclusion. Her work included developing frameworks for policy analysis, supporting multi-country evaluations, and producing high-impact publications that informed decision-making for global development efforts.

Meghna holds a Master’s in International Development from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s in Economics and Psychology from New York University. She leverages research-driven analysis to deliver actionable insights that drive meaningful change.
